The fuel injector tester can be used to diagnose and test injector problems. It allows users to test injectors individually or two at a time, helping to confirm issues such as sticking, leaking, damage, or burnout. Featuring two output voltage levels and four pulse signal output modes, the tester provides flexibility for users to choose the appropriate settings based on their needs.

Powered by the 12V battery in the vehicle or an external 12V DC power adapter (recommended minimum 1.5A), the tester can operate continuously. Its mode function helps identify good and bad injectors with the engine off, and it can be used in conjunction with any fuel pressure tester.

Operating Instructions

1. Turn off the car's engine.
2. Disconnect the wire plug of the vehicle injector to be tested, then connect the two pulse output terminals of the instrument to the vehicle injector.
3. Connect the red clip of the instrument to the positive terminal of the 12V car battery, and the black clip to the negative terminal.
4. Insert the DC plug into the port of the instrument.
5. Press the MODE SET key to select the desired pulse signal output mode, which will be displayed on the screen.

Four-Wire Dual Channel Design

Compared to the two-wire single channel design of many injector cleaners on the market, this tester can not only test a single injector but also supports testing two injectors simultaneously. This allows for a clear comparison between new and old injectors, helping to better identify their condition.

Mode Descriptions

• Mode 0: Standby state, no output.
• Mode 1: Single pulse low power mode, sending a 255ms pulse when the PULSE key is pressed.
• Mode 2: Short pulse low power mode, sending 50 pulses of 7ms each when the PULSE key is pressed.
• Mode 3: Long pulse low power mode, sending 100 pulses of 3.5ms each when the PULSE key is pressed.
• Mode 4: Continuous pulse low power mode, outputting pulses at a rate of 50 per 1450ms, with a 7ms pulse width.
• Mode 5: Single pulse high power mode, sending a 255ms pulse when the PULSE key is pressed.
• Mode 6: Short pulse high power mode, sending 50 pulses of 7ms each when the PULSE key is pressed.
• Mode 7: Long pulse high power mode, sending 100 pulses of 3.5ms each when the PULSE key is pressed.
• Mode 8: Continuous pulse high power mode, outputting pulses at a rate of 50 per 1450ms, with a 7ms pulse width.

Note: During pulse output, the MODE SET button is disabled, and the working mode can only be selected by pressing the PULSE button again to terminate the output.

Additional Features

1. The tester includes power input reverse connection protection and output short circuit protection functions. In the event of a damaged injector or short circuit, the power indicator light will flash.
2. The tester can be modified for relay testing or solenoid valve testing, but such modifications should be carried out under the guidance of professionals.
